These policies are set in place to protect the business, time, and health of both Cosmic Glow and the client. Please contact us with any questions or concerns regarding the following policies:

Late & Missed Appointments

• Late: To prevent any last-minute cancellations/no shows we are enforcing a fee for missed appts not canceled within 24 hours. 

• No Show: First, the no show fee will be waived. After that 50% of the service fee will be added to the next appt service price. 

• Cancellation: Cosmic Glow has a 24-hour cancellation policy for all appointments. If you miss, cancel, or change your scheduled appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, you will be charged 50% of all services scheduled.

Refunds

• Services: Unfortunately, for spa services we cannot accept any refund request, all services purchased, booked or completed services are final and non-refundable. You may be able to exchange for another service of equal or less value if requested to exchange before 24 Hours of booked appointment. Services cannot be refunded because of concern or expected results. We are committed to assisting our guests with all their concerns and shall advise for corrections in post treatment protocol and regimen to be followed. It may require a follow-up visit.  

• Promotional or Special Offer Items: On Sale and Special offers items and services are non-refundable; any deposit for booking services or events is also non-refundable. Rescheduling of appointment can only be done before 24 Hours. 

• Gift cards, Gift Certificates and Packages: Unfortunately, we cannot refund on Gift Cards, Spa Gift Certificates, packages, On Sale or Special offers, all sales are final and non-refundable. Some services in Spa Gift Certificates or Spa Packages can be exchanged for other services. 

• Products: Unused and not open products in original package can be requested for refund within 2 weeks of purchase.

Children/Pets

• Due to sanitation rules and safety precautions, children and pets are not permitted at your appointment unless otherwise pre-approved by Comic Glow. Exceptions include service animals, and appointments for preteens.

Referral Bonuses & Review Incentives

• Referrals and reviews are the best compliment! We love it when you recommend us to your friends. To say thank you, you will receive $5 off a service for each review, as well as each referral you send our way that mentions you by name. Referral client must book and keep appointment for discount to apply. Multiple referral discounts cannot be combined, and instead will accumulate as credit on your account.
